Terms of Services

Welcome to Emberlux Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”, "Emberlux"). These Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.emberlux.hk and the purchase of products through our online store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to cancel orders if we believe legal requirements are not met.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per order

  • Discontinue products without prior notice

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in HKD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing

Payment must be completed at checkout via approved payment methods.

Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Emberlux is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Import duties, taxes, or regulatory restrictions in the destination country

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of certain products, all sales may be final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed:

  • For defective items

  • If approved by Emberlux after review

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity

  • Provide transaction records to financial institutions in dispute cases

False chargebacks may result in legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, logos, and materials are the property of Emberlux Limited.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Emberlux shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Delays beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. 

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
